History and Background
Originally founded in 1989, A-Line T.D.S. started out as a 30,000 square foot facility sitting on 9.64 acres. Today the facility is 80,000 square feet under one roof sitting on 42 acres with an additional building of 22,000 square feet for maintenance of our fleet.
In 1992, A-Line T.D.S. was granted final approval as a permitted Commercial storage facility for PCB’s. When the new Mega Rule was passed, A-Line T.D.S was the first to notify EPA that their furnace was in compliance with Title 40 CFR 761.72 b. A-Line T.D.S is the only disposal company that underwent an actual test burn and stack testing to demonstrate that our Incinerator would meet the new requirements. Our stack testing results were so impressive that A-Line T.D.S applied for and received approval as a PCB Incinerator, regulated under 40 CFR 761.70. This permit allows A-Line T.D.S to incinerate debris (rags and soils etc.), PCB Electrical Equipment, and MODEF Contaminated with PCB’s at any level.
A-Line T.D.S has received multiple safety awards under the Oklahoma SHARPS program, and is currently operating under a federal OSHA exemption status for our exemplary commitment to worker and workplace safety.
A-Line T.D.S has undergone many surprise inspections by our customers, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Oklahoma DEQ. To date, TDS has never been issued any type of violation. This is a testament to our commitment to provide truly environmentally safe disposal.
